Some quick requests when in the center.

      To request a mic to speak instead of

      typing, please raise your hand by going

      to the feedback selector at the top

      toward the left of the window.

      If you have a webcam and wish to open

      your video port, please request that thru

      the feedback also.

      Please respect everyone in the room and

      have fun but be respectful.

      Also if you wish to applaud anyone,

      please wait until they are finished talking

      so no one misses what the person said.

Video Conference Center

          To join one of our video conferences please use one of the

        options below:

          To join a live video conference, please click on the table in

        the picture to the left  5 to 10 minutes prior to the start time

        of the scheduled meeting.

The video conference is best heard using a headset & microphone

to reduce any outside noises or echoes.

          Please remember that video conference means you can see the person

          who is conducting the video conference but others can't see you unless

          you are using a webcam and granted permission to be viewed so don't

          worry about your bad hair day when attending one of our conferences.

        If you are unable to attend any one of our video conferences

        because you have no access to a computer, you can use

        our Tele-Conference line below to connect using your

        telephone at the scheduled times.
